Refund & Returns Policy
Applies to eligible products and services purchased directly from Akunyagra Press.
Physical Books
Direct physical orders may be eligible for return or replacement where the wrong title was supplied, the book arrived materially damaged, the order was incomplete or a confirmed fulfilment error occurred.
Digital Products
Digital purchases are generally not refundable after download or access, except for verified duplicate payment, incorrect delivery, material defects or technical failure that cannot reasonably be corrected.
Institutional & Bulk Orders
Institutional, bulk and custom orders are subject to the terms stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, licence or contract.
Third-Party Retailers
Refunds and returns for purchases made through external retailers must normally be requested through the retailer that processed the transaction.
